3 Games Guaranteed (indoor/outdoor) - October weather is unpredictable and we will host indoors if cold or bad weather

Venmo and PayPal payments are also available but require a 3% transaction fee.

Spooky Skills Competition: We added some events to make this more fun for all  athletes than just a homerun derby! Coaches will select players from their team to participate in one of the following events. Teams must have a  different player participate in each event. Teams with less than 12      rostered players for the tournament can have an athlete compete in multiple events. Winning team will have the most points. Winning team  and runner up will receive custom FrankenWolves medals!

1. Haunted Home Run Derby – 5 athletes per team -   Athletes get 1 point for their team with each homerun past cones set at 120’.  Athletes will receive 10 swings or hits. Normal foul balls count as a swing. Balls that hit the dome ceiling and do not carry over are dead balls and do not count. Total runs will be added to team score.
2. Pumpkin Relay Base Race – 4 athletes per team –  Each athlete starts on a base. The first athlete runs a pumpkin to 1st base to start the race and hands off to his teammate on 1st. This continues around the bases until the last athlete crosses home plate. Teams will be scored 4 points for fastest time, 3 for 2nd, 2 for 3rd and 1 for last. Total points will be added to the team score.
3. Terrifying 3 Throw Challenge – 3 athletes per team - Athletes throw from 3 distances to home plate to hit a target. Longest throw is 3 points and shortest is 1 point. Winning team has the most points. Total points will be added to the team score.

Coaches or Team Managers can participate for $50 PER TEAM (less than $5 per player)

We welcome vendors to set up tables to advertise products during our tournament. Vendors  should have products that appeal and are appropriate for baseball families. Successful vendors in the past have been sports equipment suppliers, earring sales, apparel sales. Vendors can sell food goods but the ESC will have its concession stand open and we ask not compete directly. 

We ask that vendors provide a $25 donation for the table. Paypal link is on the website.

Vendors must bring their own tables/exhibits. Exhibits larger than 3'x6' standard table email jrseawolves@eriesportscenter.com for approval

Tournament time: 9:00am to 7:00 pm Saturday and 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday

Setup time: Doors open at 8 am

The busiest times will be from 11 am to 2:00 pm.

For the Howling Dead Tournament we ask vendors to match the theme. Be creative, hand out candy or decorate your table!
