Our Jr SeaWolves teams are hosting 9 different events this spring and summer that will host over 100 teams from the tristate area and beyond. These events are held indoors and outdoors and we take a lot of pride in making these events special experiences for the athletes, families and our Erie community.

We like to partner with vendors that share these same goals and want to increase tourism to our area to sell their goods and services in a fun, family environment.

For indoor events, booths or tables are housed inside the dome lobby.  Electrical is easily accessible. Space is limited and large displays will need to be reviewed.

The Angels in the Outfield tournament is an outdoor event that requires all vendors to provide tents, tables and all electrical hookups. Vendor food trucks, bounce houses and other forms of entertainment are welcome for this tournament.

Vendors  should have products that appeal and are appropriate for baseball families. Successful vendors in the past have been sports equipment suppliers, jewelry sales and  apparel sales. Vendors can sell food goods but the ESC will have its concession stand open and we ask not compete directly. 

Vendors will be juried to provide the best experience possible.

Vendors must complete the following registration. After approval the vendor will be required to make payment and then vendors for each event will be listed on this page.

We request a small vendor fee of $50 for double headers and $100 for outdoor tournaments. This is to help support the organizational efforts of the tournament and promotion of the vendors.

We also request vendors to donate a item valued at $50 or more that can be raffled off. This helps raise funds for the event and promote the vendors services.
